• A standard shipping fee of ₹49 – ₹99 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations or expedited shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with leading logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and multiple others to ensure timely deliveries.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier partners, ensuring safe and secure delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

 

5. Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy

• An additional COD charge of ₹49 may apply.
• We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
• You can also track your order through our website under the "Track Order" section.

8. Undelivered Orders & Failed Deliveries

• If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, it will be returned to us.
• Reshipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

9. Delayed/Lost Shipments

• In rare cases of shipment delays or loss, please contact our support team for assistance.
• We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution accordingly.
